Krishna (Telugu: కృష్ణ) is a 2008 Telugu film starring Ravi Teja and Trisha Krishnan. The film released on January 12, 2008, during the Sankranthi festival and the declared the first Telugu blockbuster of 2008.This is the first movie which casts actor Raviteja with actress Trisha Krishnan. Raviteja's lack of enthusiasm in recent performances in Khatarnak and Dubai Seenu has spurred director V V Vinayak to tell the hero he must be more original, genuine, and enthusiastic about this present venture.One of these films is Krishna and the other is Bujjigadu, starring Prabhas, filming mainly in her hometown and residence Chennai.The filming crew filmed in Vijayawada for a couple of weeks, departing on the 20th of September.As per request of Raviteja, who hails from Vijayawada, the crew is also filming a song there.The film is about Krishna (Ravi Teja) who was once a software engineer but quits his job to give it to his friend and is unemployed in the city of Vijayawada.Krishna falls in love with Sandhya at first sight and starts chasing her to win her heart and enters the upper portion of their house as tenants with his brother (Chandramohan) and sister in law (Sudha).She returns to Hyderabad and lives with her other brother (Shinde), a former builder and now a very powerful Rowdy who is very possessive and protective about his sister.There, Krishna knows the flashback of Sandhya and how she is being chased by the notorious and cruel Jagga (Mukul Dev) assisted by his uncle (Jayaprakash Reddy) for marriage.The film grossed Rs.116 million in its opening weekand totalled Rs.178.8 million in 2 weeks.

83.Vikramarkudu

Vikramarkudu (Telugu: విక్రమార్కుడు) ( Dubbed into malayalam as vikramathithya ) is a Tollywood film released on June 23, 2006 and was directed by S.S. Rajamouli. This film was a big success.He was praised by big stars such as Chiranjeevi and Dasari Narayana Rao for his commendable performance.It was mainly given because of the vulgar comedy and violence.Athili Sathi Babu (Ravi Teja) is a small-time thief and crook who is crazy about acts of daredevilry.But one day, he gets the shock of his life when a young girl turns up and claims that he is her father. It turns out that the girl is the daughter of Inspector Vikram Rathod Singh (Ravi Teja).He hides himself in Hyderabad.The petty thief Athili Sathi Babu now returns to the Chambal valley and settles the score on behalf of the dead cop Vikram Rathore.The film collected a share of Rs.50 million in its first week of run.It had a 50-day run in 156 centres.

84.Gangotri (film)

Gangotri (Telugu:గంగోత్రి) is a Telugu film which released on March 28, 2003 and was directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. This was Allu Arjun's first film as an actor and K. Raghavendra Rao's 100th film as director.Neelakanta Naidu (Prakash Raj) is a big factionist.After gap of many years, Neelakanta Naidu's wife gives a birth to a baby daughter. The priests advise Neelakanta to name his daughter as 'Gangotri' (Aditi Agarwal). After 15 years, Gangotri would be free of any dangers. Simhadri becomes a servant cum friend to Gangotri.When Gangotri attains puberty, Gangotri's aunt (Sakuntala) restricts Simhadri from meeting Gangotri.When Simhadri comes to Gangotri's place clandestinely to meet her, they are caught red-handed by Neelakantam. Meantime, Narasimha comes to the spot and interferes. Neelakantam is misinformed about Narasimha's intentions; hence he bombs the house of Narasimha.When Simhadri comes to know that Neelakantam is responsible for the bombing, he comes to Neelakantam's house and challenges that he would marry Gangotri in 365 days.The rest of the film is about how Simhadri and Gangotri unite together.The film had a successful 100-day run in 53 centres.

85.Arya (2004 film)

Arya (Telugu: ఆర్య) is a Telugu (Dubbed into malayalam as the same title ) film which released on May 7, 2004 and was directed by Sukumar. Though Arjun's first film was hit, he wasn't quite recognized by Tollywood.Ajay (Siva Balaji) is a spoiled brat, and is the son of local MP Avataram (Rajan P Dev). When she refuses, he threatens to jump from the college roof. Arya (Allu Arjun) is a carefree guy with positive attitude. He proposes to her in front of her boyfriend. The rest of the film is all about how Arya wins Geeta with his attitude and positive outlook, and how Arya shows Geeta and Ajay the true meaning of love.The film has six songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad.The film had a 50-day run in 89 centres.

Desamuduru (Telugu: దేశముదురు) is an Telugu film ( Dubbed into malayalam as Hero : The real hero)which has Allu Arjun in the lead role and Hansika Motwani playing the female lead. D.V.V.Danaiah produced this movie under Universal Media banner.Cinematography was handled by Shyam K. Naidu. Stunts are by Vijayan.Bala Govind (Allu Arjun) is a program director in MAA TV. During one of these incidents, he saves a person (Raja Ravindra) from goons and while severely trashing Murugan (Subbaraju) son of a notorious arrack smuggler Tambi Durai (Pradeep Rawat). It is love at first sight for Bala.The head sanyasin of the ashram Ramaprabha (Ramaprabha) unites the couple.Bala returns to Hyderabad and finds that she is with Tambi Durai. In order to grab his property, Tambi Durai kills him and his wife and perform the marriage of Vaishali with Murugan before their dead bodies. So, Bala decides to save Vaishali from their clutches and succeeds in his attempt finally.The film has six songs composed by Chakri. The song Ninne Ninne was the most popular song in the soundtrack among music lovers.The film released in 500 screens,including 424 in Andhra Pradesh, 32 in Karnataka,8 in Orissa,2 in Chennai,3 in Mumbai and 31 in Overseas.Despite receiving mixed talk from public, Desamuduru grossed 12.58 croresand a share of Rs.9.5 crores. worldwide in the first seven days since its release.Desamuduru has grossed 19.75 crores in 2 weeks from its release.The film had completed 50-days in 243 centres.This movie's screenplay is ripped version of paap, a 2003 bollywood hit.

87.Parugu

Parugu (Telugu:పరుగు, English translation: Run) is a Telugu film that released on May 1, 2008 and is directed by Bhaskar.Dil Raju, a big-time producer, produces the film whilst Mani Sharma composes the music.The film's title has been in major headlines prior to the film's release.Neelakanta (Prakash Raj) is a powerful man in his village who doesn’t believe in love marriages.His elder daughter Subbalakshmi (Poonam Bajwa) elopes with a guy called Babu from a lower class on the night of her arranged marriage. Krishna (Allu Arjun) – a happy go lucky guy from Hyderabad – is one among them. The rest of the story is all about whether Krishna elopes with Meena or convinces Neelakanta to marry her.This film seems inspired from Chiranjeevi’s family drama that ensued when his daughter srija eloped with her boy friend.Allu Arjun’s presence in the movie supports the fact that his entire family was against the elopement drama of Srija, but has been depicted in a positive way. The film collected a share of Rs.10.82 crores in its first 9 days of theatrical run and collected 21 crores in 3 weeks.The music is composed by Mani Sharma and lyrics for the songs are written by Ananth Sreeram, Sirivennela, and Chandrabose.

Chiruta is a 2007 Telugu film produced by Ashwini Dutt and directed by Puri Jagannadh.Delhi-based model Neha Sharma plays the female lead. Chiruta was released worldwide on September 28, 2007.Charan Teja (Ram Charan Teja) is a juvenile convict who is released from prison after 12 years.Charan goes to jail as someone offers him money if he goes to jail for someone else. While seeking revenge, Charan also falls in love with Sanjana (Neha Sharma), the daughter of (Prakash Raj).
